Summer Happenings!

I have offically lost my son Jett..he gets up and goes to work with Jason at 6:30 he is off fishing in the afternoon and most evenings he spends riding his horse. He has no need for me except...if he needs pant with 'no holes.' Jett has several Indian names that he has given himself since he has been here....Elkhorn Jett (because he found an elkhorn) and then Troutman Jett (because caught five fish in the local pond). So, he decided this weekend we could go ahead and combine those names to Elkhorn Troutman Jett....(just to let you know:) Anyway, he has been sooooo busy I havent taken many pictures of him. But here are some of Tripp playing in his pool, roasting smores', and hanging in the backseat on the way to the rodeo.

Teeball

Jett played Teeball and it isn't done for all the rest of his buddies but Jett was done when school was out...he had to get back here to his 'job.' I know, I know....but honestly he thinks Jason can't run the cows without him. He had a great time playing Teeball. He misses his friends....While Jett played Teeball at the Teeball games -- I chased Tripp.

On our way to Lagrande this year I packed everything in the front part of the pick up...cause guess why...it was raining. I seriously think that if it rains one more drop I might lose my mind. In Lagrande the flooding was sooo bad the park was covered in water and it completely covered the whole park area...they had to tie down the picinic tables! Needless to say we are ready for the sun.

Finally, got to Lagrande....I can't believe it....every year I think I will get a better system next year....seems like I don't...darn. Camp Casey, end of kindergarten, turning out our cattle, fixing all the odds and ends here....but the real alarming thing is I not getting better at moving! I will post all my pictures as soon as I find my USB cable for my camera...it is somewhere...I know it! But I am here new patio furniture and all...
