Jett Henry on Thanksgiving

Yesterday was thanksgiving and our family has so much that we are so lucky and thankful to have. This year we were blessed with two new baby girl cousins. We were also blessed this year with a new addition to our own family -- Tripp Allen! Who currently is keeping his mother up -- that is why I am posting at 5:00 in the morning -- he likes to "move it" at night -- what a stinker! We are also thankful for all of our family and great friends.

We are truly thankful for all that we have and how lucky we have been this year to get to spend so much time together! Yesterday was one of those days -- Jett enjoyed his cousins and ran at least 42 miles in Nany's house and cried at least 16 times -- but when asked, "Did you have fun?" his reply was "Best day ever mom!!" So, apparently in a four-year-olds world that is a great day! I know Jason and I had a great time with his family -- I laughed so hard-- Thanks Stewart Bunch-- I always come home with a few more laugh lines after we have been together!!!!!!!

Note to my sister-in-laws -- I am not crazy for posting at 5:00am -- I am pregant:)

Look at who is smarter than his mom!!!!

Jett Henry is really a builder! He makes me laugh because he is so much smarter than me...I couldn't build a house like that -- I would need directions and help. That really isn't saying much though! He really loves building and wants more building supplies for Christmas -- that way he can build a whole ranch. It is a good thing somebody in this family can build because we know his Dad can't -- if doesn't involve a horse, a rope or some cattle -- Jason doesn't know how to fix it!!!

Jason and I went to circuit finals last weekend -- kid free! It was really sad-- truly we missed him the whole time! He and Penna had a fabulous time baking cookies, eating at Hamley's (Jett favorite restaurant), playing with cars and hanging out in the hot tub. He didn't miss us much! One funny thing they did while we were gone was give Douglas a new look. He and Penna made Douglas a fabulous sweater! This is a look from all sides -- I know it is HOT-- you want one don't you????

Trip to Oregon

We took a trip to Oregon and we were able to see Jett's buddies Ramee and Dolton! He really had a good time! It was Jason's birthday! And Jett and Dad rocked out the whole way to Oregon! They are pretty funny! Here is a picture of Jett rocking out!

Our thoughts and our prayers go out to The Cosbys. We know what they are going through and we hope for the continued healing!

Halloween

Halloween! Lots of candy and lots of good times with cousins! Jett Henry had the best Halloween. It was a three day event between preschool, parties and trick-or-treating! The finale was the best part --trick-or-treating with his cousins. He loves being wild with his boy cousins and loves his baby girl cousins! He even was able to see his Penna on Saturday -- which is one of the highlights of his life! It was thirty minutes of soothing before he stopped crying after having to leave his Penna!

On a sad note this weekend, Jason's friend Steve lost his Dad. Our thoughts and prayers go out to the Warnock family.
